Somna, yaklaşık 90 dakikalık uyku döngüsü modeline dayanarak yatma veya uyanma zamanına göre bilgilendirme amaçlı saat önerileri sunan bir uyku döngü zamanlama aracıdır. Gerçek uyku ölçümü yapmaz, sağlık tavsiyesi veya teşhis sunmaz.
Somna is a sleep-cycle timing tool that offers informational time suggestions based on approximate 90-minute sleep cycle models, according to your bedtime or wake time. It does not measure real sleep, and it does not provide health advice or diagnosis.
Uygulamayı, Apple App Store üzerinden tek seferlik satın alarak cihazınızda yükleyip kullanma hakkı kazanırsınız. Bu sürümde ayrıca uygulama içi satın alma veya uygulama içi abonelik bulunmamaktadır. Lisans koşullarının bir kısmı Apple’ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)’na dayanabilir. Türkiye’de, bu metnin yayımlandığı dönem App Store fiyatı 199,99 TL olarak listelenmektedir; güncel fiyat, vergiler ve para birimi her zaman yalnızca App Store’daki ürün sayfasında yürürlüktedir, diğer mağazalarla farklı olabilir.
You obtain the right to install and use the app on your device by purchasing it once through the Apple App Store. This version does not include additional in-app purchases or in-app subscriptions. Some license terms may be based on Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In Turkey, as of when this text is published, the App Store price is listed as 199.99 TRY; the current price, taxes, and currency in effect are always only on the product page in the App Store and may differ from other stores.
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı; tersine mühendislik, hile veya hizmeti bozacak eylemlerde bulunmamayı kabul edersiniz.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, and not to reverse engineer, cheat, or take actions that harm the service.
Somna bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Uyku sağlığı konusunda karar almadan önce gerektiğinde nitelikli bir sağlık profesyoneline danışmanız gerekir.
Somna is not a medical device. Before making decisions about sleep health, you should consult a qualified health professional when needed.
Uygulama ve marka dışı açıkça sağlanan varlıklar RDSoft’un fikri mükellefiyet alanındaki haklarının konusu olabilir. İzin verilmeden kopyalama veya yeniden dağıtım yasaktır.
The app and assets not clearly provided under another license may be subject to RDSoft’s rights in the field of intellectual property. Copying or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
Uygulama, Apple veya geliştiricinin aksi yazılı beyan etmediği sürece, mevcut haliyle ("olduğu gibi") sağlanır. Kesintisiz çalışma konusunda zımni garanti verilmez.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Apple or the developer, the app is provided in its current state (“as is”). No implied warranty of uninterrupted operation is given.
Uygulama ücreti App Store üzerinden Apple aracılığıyla tahsil edilir. Fiyat tek seferlik uygulama satın alma bedelidir (IAP yok, abonelik yok). İade, iptal ve faturalaşma, Apple’ın o anki uygulama / mağaza koşulları ve ilgili yasalara tabidir; talepler Apple’ın yönettiği satın alma geçmişi üzerinden yürütülür.
The app fee is collected through Apple via the App Store. The price is a one-time app purchase (no IAP, no subscription). Refunds, cancellations, and billing are subject to Apple’s then-current app / store terms and applicable law; requests are handled through the purchase history managed by Apple.
